As a qualified chef with a minimum of 5 years experience in busy kitchens, you will have a thorough understanding of professional kitchen operations. Your communication and organisational skills will be of a high standard and you will be confident in all stations. Whilst your skills are important, so too is the passion and energy you bring to both your own work and that of the team around you. As a rule we don’t do split shifts or split days off. We are open 7 nights and Sunday from lunch so there is heaps of time for you to spend with the family or explore our alpine playground.
