Where possible, we source and use local produce in our menus. Each meal is cooked to order by our head chef David Blundell. While this can take a little longer we believe in fresh food, cooked to order everytime. We have a choice of three menus, our bar menu, restaurant menu and pizza menu.
Our range of gourmet pizzas are World famous in Methven. All dough for bases is handmade and rolled in our own kitchen, we use our own unique recipe for our pizza sauce and our aioli recipe is a guarded secret!
Our kitchen team work hard to source and use local produce and the freshest possible ingredients. For meats, we partner with Paddy & Marie from Allenton Meats to source the finest delicious local produce.
We source and use only five star beef. Ocean beef cattle are fed a high quality diet of locally sourced, golden Mid Canterbury grains for 120 days and drink snow fed water from the Southern Alps.

Maori Lakes is one of the hidden treasures of the beautiful South Island of New Zealand.
